Yukki Yaura is a Japanese artist and calligrapher. She tends to concentrate more on endangered species especially insects, birds and amphibians. I really like the oriental style to her work and it also concentrates on blocks of colour to create form much like Greg Poole however I feel she retains the detail much better. What catches my eye as well is how the wieght of the lines she uses to create the form have an effect on whate detail captures your eye at first.
